     Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients
3 cups - gfv flour
2 tsp - ground cinnamon
1 tsp - nutmeg
1 tsp - salt
1 tsp - baking soda
4 - eggs
1 & 1/2 cup - sugar
1/2 cup - brown sugar
2 cups - canned pumpkin
 
1/2 cup - applesauce
1/2 cup - canola oil
1/2 cup - walnuts (chopped)
1 cup - chocolate chips (semi-sweet)

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350. Grease 2 loaf pans. In large bowl combine flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt and baking soda. In another bowl, beat the eggs, sugar, pumpkin and oil for two minutes. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Fold in chocolae chips and walnuts. Pour into two greased 8-in. x 4-in. loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan.
