Add the raw cauliflower to a food
processor/Blender and pulse until the texture
looks like rice! Now microwave it for 6-8 minutes.
Mix all dry ingredients, then add the wet ones and
the cauliflower! Fry in a nonstick pan on medium
heat (you can use coconut oil or any other one if
you want). Topping today is nonfat greek yoghurt,
raspberries and raw oats
