Mix all 8 cans of soup in a large pot. Add chicken broth and rest of ingredients up until salt and pepper. Bring all ingredients to full boil, reduce and simmer 1 hour. Add cilantro and chicken and simmer 1 hour.
Cut flour tortilla in small, thin strips and bake in oven until golden brown( 350 degrees 5-6 minutes). Cut up 8 tortillas. Serve soup with cheese and tortilla strips.
