In large pan, add the 2 cans of Yams, but only the juice of 1 can. Add the other ingredients and blend until mushy ( I use an immersion blender or potato masher to break up the yams). Cook on stove until bubbly, may need to add just a bit more milk.
Mix the ingredients to sprinkle on top. This will be a sticky mixture and you have to drop it by hand rather tham sprinkle to cover the yams. Cover with foil.
Bake in a greased 9x13 pan at 350 for 30 minutes.
