1 can garbanzo beans, half liquid reserved (19 ounces)
4 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. tahini
1 tsp. salt
black pepper to taste
2 Tbsp. olive oil
Instructions
In a blender or food processor, chop the garlic. Pour garbanzo beans into blender. Add lemon juice, tahini, salt and pepper. Blend until creamy and well mixed. Sprinkle with pepper and drizzle olive oil on top.
