Melt chocolate in double broiler - over but not touching simmering
water. Remove from heat. cut butter in pieces and mix into
chocolate until melted

Beat eggs with electric mixer, gradually adding sugar until thinker
(about 5 minutes) until ribbons form. Fold in chocolate/butter
mixture. Gently fold in ground almonds.

COVER and refrigerate overnight.
|
|
|
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Line cookie sheet with parchment
paper. Form 1 inch balls of dough - roll in granulated sugar -
Place on backing sheet 2 inches apart. Bake until center is no
,onger wet - 10 -14 minutes
