     Broccoli Quiche (low carb)

Ingredients
10 ounces frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
8 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
2 ounces onion, chopped, about 1/3 cup
6 eggs
1 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon salt
Dash pepper
 

Instructions
Spray a large glass pie plate. Put the broccoli, onion and cheese in the bottom of the pate. Beat the eggs, then whisk in the cream, salt and pepper. Pour evenly over the cheese. Bake at 350 for 35-45 minutes, until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
