Crispy Chicken
One tub of cheese flavored French Fried Onions crushed with a little dry ranch dressing mixed in.
1 lb of skinless chicken breasts I cut mine into strips
2 eggs-instead of eggs, coat with olive oil instead.
I take the chicken and cut them into strips so they are easier to handle, then I dip them into the egg mixture. Lay out the chicken on a tin foil lined pan. I then coat the chicken with the crushed up onions. Bake at 400 for 25-30 minutes or until chicken is done, depends on the size of strips.
