     Pumpkin Protein Pancakes

Ingredients
1/2 cup of canned pumpkin
2 egg whites
1 scoop of protein
cinnamon
pumpkin spice or allspice
1/4 cup of plain greek yogurt
 

Instructions
Pre-heat skillet on med/low and grease with non- stick spray
Mix pumpkin, egg whites, and protein. Stir in about 1 tsp of cinnamon and 1/4 of pumpkin spice (spice to taste)
Pour about 1/4 cup of batter per pancake and cook each side like a regular pancake
Top with greek yogurt mixed with cinnnamon to taste. You can add 1/8 cup of crushed pecans too if you like.
