In large bowl, mix all dry ingredients, combining
well. Add pumpkin, buttermilk and eggs and mix
gently. If batter seems stiff, add a little water so
batter can be easily spooned onto griddle
Using a 1/3 measuring cup, pour onto hot griddle.
Cook as you would regular pancakes.
