6 bone-in, skinless chicken breasts

1 tbsp. herbs de Provence
|

1/2 tsp. garlic powder
|
|
black pepper to taste
|

2 lbs. small red potatoes
|

3/4 c. thawed pearl onions

2 c. baby carrots
|
|
8 oz. Crimini mushrooms

1 c. reduced-sodium chicken broth

Instructions |
|
|
Place chicken in a slow cooker. Sprinkle with herbs, garlic, and pepper. Add potatoes, onion, carrots, and mushrooms. Pour broth over all.

Cover and cook on low 6-7 hrs. or until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender. Remove bones and serve.
