Instructions |
|
|
Heat oven to 300°. Beat together egg white and water. Toss with pecans.
|
|
|
Mix sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves. Toss with egg-coated pecans.
|
|
|
Spread nuts on cookie sheet. Bake 30 minutes, turning every 10 minutes, until nuts lose gloss and look dry.

Cool.
