Place 80 ml (1/3 cup ) cream and the Mars Bars in a
small saucepan over medium-low heat. Cook, stirring
occasionally, for 9 minutes or until the Mars Bar
melts. Whisk until smooth. Transfer to a small
serving bowl.
Place the White Chocolate, Baileys and remaining
cream in a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Cook
, stirring for 5 mins or until smooth. Transfer to a
small serving bowl.
Serve both bowls on a serving platter with the
Strawberries. Try marshmallows for a sweeter touch.
