1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
2. Combine Splenda and unsweetened coconut.
3. Combine vanilla, egg and egg whites. Add water and mix.
4. Combine wet and dry ingredients in large bowl. They should just stick together.
5. Roll into 9 balls and press onto parchement paper on baking sheet.
6. Turn oven down to 325 degrees F. and bake for 18 minutes until golden on bottom.
