     Pasta Pesto

Category   Entrees - Maindishes
Sub Category   Quick Meals
Servings   2
Preptime   20-30

Ingredients
Pasta (Preferably macaroni)
A pack of Spinach
0.5-1 can of Pesto
Half a bag of Pine Nuts
2-3 pieces of chicken
Salt
Pepper
2 eggs
Garlic.

Optional - 2-3 spoons of cream cheese.

Instructions
Cut the chicken into edible pieces. While doing this, let the spinach slowly melt in a pan. Put some oil in the cookingpan, put in the chicken and when the chicken is almost done, put in the garlic and pinenuts. Spice the mix with some salt, pepper and other spices of choice.
When the spinach is nicely melted, stir in the pesto. Make sure its nicely divided over the spinach. If you feel like it, let some cream cheese melt into this mix as well. Not necessary, and it's a bit more calories, but it gives it a nice creamy taste! Now, poor in the spinach mix into the cooking pan with the chicken. While this slowly warms up, fill a pan with water. When the water is boiling, put in the pasta. When the pasta is done, throw it in the spinach/chicken mix and stir.
That's all. Enjoy! p.s. If you feel like it, boil some eggs too --)
Per portion it is about 500-600 calories.
