Ingredients
Banana
Avacado
Apple
Kale (or other leafy greens)
Orange Juice
Water
(Optional- Chia seeds, cacao nibs, berries, celery, cucumber, citrus, yogurt)
(Or any other fruits or vegetables)
 

Instructions
1.) Smoothy Base- Blend banana, avacado, apple, kale, OJ, and water.
2.) Blend in any additional ingredients you wish.
