     Easy Carrot Cake

Ingredients
2 cup sugar
1 cup oil
4 eggs
2 jars (4 1/2oz) strained baby food carrots
1 tsp vanilla
2 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp cinnamon
 
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp cloves

Instructions
Combine sugar and oil, beat well. Add eggs, carrots and vanilla, beat. Combine rest of ingredients and add to cream mixture, beat well. Pour into greased and floured 9"X13" pan. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or till done. Cool in pan.
