|
HEAT oven to 350°F.
Spray a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray.

|
Spread a few tablespoons of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of the dish.
Cook 10 lasagna noodles very al denta. Lay 5 lasagna noodles onto the
bottom of the dish. You may overlap or break them to fit.

Layer on top of the noodles;
1/2 chicken
1/2 broccoli
1/2 alfredo sauce
1/2 cheese
Repeat with the remaining ingredients; noodles, chicken, broccoli and
sauce. Do not put the last layer of cheese on yet.

Cover the dish with foil and bake at 350° for 1 hour. Uncover and add
the remaining cheese. (If you need more cheese don't hestitate to add
it.) Cook UNCOVERED another 15 mintues until
lasagna is bubbly and cheese is nice and melted. Optional-broil for
2-3 minutes to get nice browned spots on the cheese. Just be careful
to not allow it to burn. Allow the dish to rest for 5-10 minutes. Cut
into squares and serve.
