Combine shortening(margarine), sugar and eggs. Sift
together and stir in flour, cream of tartar, baking
soda and salt. Chill dough for about 20 minutes.
Mix together 2 tablespoons of sugar and 2
tablespoons of cinnamon. Roll dough into balls
the size of small walnuts. Roll into sugar/
cinnamon mixture. Place about 2 inches apart on
ungreased baking sheet. Place in oven for 8-10
minutes or until golden brown.
