     Tropical Chicken and Rice

Ingredients
8 chicken breasts
1 stick butter
2 1/2 c. uncooked rice
1/8 c. cooked wild rice (optional)
1 tbsp. chicken bouillon
2 c. pineapple juice
2 c. pina colada mix
1 can pineapple bits
 
Instructions
Saute chicken until brown. Set aside.
Saute rice in butter. Add bouillon, juice, pina colada mix, and bits.
Return chicken to pan. Cover and cook for 20 min. or until rice is tender. Stir in wild rice. Serve.
