Ingredients-
1 cup whole wheat pastry flour
3/4 cup quinoa flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 egg
1 cup buttermilk (or buttermilk substitute)
1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
1/2 cup frozen or fresh blueberries (optional)
Preparation-
Mix dry ingredients (whole wheat pastry flour, quinoa flour, salt, baking powder and soda) in large bowl.
