     Vanilla Crock-Pot Cake

1 vanilla or French vanilla cake mix
1 box (4 serving size) vanilla or French vanilla pudding mix
1 cup sour cream
4 eggs
1 cup water
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1 cup white chocolate chips

Combine cake mix, pudding mix, sour cream, eggs, water and oil. Beat for 2 minutes. Stir in vanilla chips. Pour into greased slow-cooker. Cook on low 5-6 hours or on high 3-4 hours. Cooking on low is preferred because the cake tends to burn on the bottom if cooked too fast.
Note- I have also made this in a 9x13 baking pan and as cupcakes. Bake at 350 degrees for the length of time recommended on the cake mix. Be sure to check for done-ness with a toothpick.
Serving Suggestions
This cake is so moist and delicious it really doesn't need frosting of any kind.
