Beat salt and egg whites together until thick and foamy.
|

|
|
Add sugar. Beat until stiff. Stir in pecans and chocolate chips.
Drop cookies onto pan lined with foil.
|
|
|
|
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
|
|
|
|
Turn oven off. Place pan of cookies in oven overnight.
