     Chicken Fettuccini Alfredo

Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds chicken breasts
2 cups Unsweetend Almond Milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
3 packages (8 oz.) cream cheese, cut into chunks
1 1/2 cup (3 sticks) butter, cut into pieces
1 1/2 cups grated Parmesan cheese or 3 cheese blend
1 package (1 pound) fettuccine
 

Instructions
Spray inside of 5-Quart slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray. Arrange chicken in single layers in bottom of your slow cooker. Add Butter and garlic powder topped with salt and pepper. Dice cream cheese and lay on top of chicken careful not to touch sides of crockpot. Pour Milk over top.
Cover and let cook on low for 4 hours.
After chicken is cooked pull out of crockpot and dice up and whisk sauce until creamy. Add parmesan cheese place lid back on crockpot and let melt. Once parmesan is melted throw diced chicken back into crockpot and cook an additional 30 minutes.
Serve with cooked noodles. Great with Steamed broccoli.
Serving Suggestions
Also served great with added cremini mushrooms cut into thirds.
