     Old Dutch Caramel Corn

Ingredients
1 8oz bag of Old Dutch Puff Corn Curls
1/2 lb. butter (not oleo)
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup light corn syrup
 

Instructions
Place corn curls in large roaster pan.
in a 2 qt. sauce pan cook together last 3 ingredients for 2 minutes. Add 1 tsp. baking soda to this mixture. This will cause mixture to foam so 2 qt saucepan is necessary.
Pour caramel mixture over corn curls and stir until mixed. Place in 250° oven for 45 minutes. Stir at least every 10 to 15 min. Remove from oven and pour on wax paper and BREAK apart. ENJOY
