     Greek Pasta Salad

Ingredients
2 cups ditalini pasta
1 cup Greek yogurt
2 tbs fresh lemon juice
1 English cucumber, peeled and dice ( about 2 cups)
1/4 cup diced green onions
2 tbs dill, minced
1/2 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and chopped
1 cup chopped tomatoes, ripe but firm
1/2 cup crumbled feta
 
1/4 cup red onion, finely diced
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Add to a large bowl, allow to cool to room temperature. Gently fold in the remaining ingredients. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
