2 2/3 Cups Sugar
2/3 Cup Cooking Oil
4 Eggs
1 1/2 Cups Cooked Pumpkin
3 1/2 Cups Flour
2 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder And Cinnamon
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Cup Chopped Nuts
2/3 Cup Water

Mix sugar, oil and pumpkin; add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition. Sift dry ingredients and add to pumpkin mixture.
Add water and mix well. Stir in nuts. Pour into 4 ( 1 Pound. ) Coffee cans to about 1/2 full. ( Loaf pans will do. ) Bake at 300 degree fahrenheit for 1 1/2 hours. Test for doneness after first hour. Allow to cool before removing from pans.
