Ingredients
2 lb. ground beef - lean
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. mustard seed
3 tbsp. morton - quick tender
1 cup H20
1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
 

Instructions
Mix well and refrigerate for 2 days. Mix every day. Shape into rolls. Wrap with foil x2. Tie so it doesn't leak. Boil 1 hour in H20 that covers foil. Chill and cool before serving
