WW3 Egg/Chili Rellenos Casserole Recipe

Ingredients

	4 4 oz. cans whole green chilies
	1 cup egg beaters
	2 cups skim milk
	9 tablespoons. flour
	3 oz. grated cheddar cheese - sharp cheese is best
	Salt and pepper to taste.


Instructions


CUT in strips and layer chilies on bottom of 9 X 13 inch dish. Cover with 1/2 of the cheese.


BEAT together eggs, milk, and flour. Pour over chilies. Top with remaining cheese.


BAKE at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
