Brown pork chops in deep skillet while slicing potatoes. When you flip the pork chops the first time add your onions to the skillet.
Mix soup and milk (you can use one can of soup for thinner gravy) in bowl. Layer potatoes on top of pork chops in skillet, pour gravy over potatoes, making sure they're covered.
Cover dish and let simmer for about an hour, or until the potatoes are tender.
