1 egg

1 1/4 cups milk

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions |
|
|
Combine flour, sugar, baking soda and powder,
cinnamon, and salt in a mixing bowl and stir well.
|

|
Add vanilla extract, vegetable oil, milk, and egg to
dry mixture and whisk well. If feeling too liquidy,
sprinkle in more flour until thicker.
|
|
|
Pour in 1/4 a cup of pancake mix onto a griddle at a
time.
|
|
|
Flip pancakes when bubbles begin to appear in the
center and cook until golden brown on both sides.
