     LOUISE WRIGHT’S PICKLE 0’S

Category   Appetizers
Sub Category   None

Ingredients

Instructions
Use hamburger dill slices, drain very well. Mix together flour, accent, and coarse ground black pepper and salt. Kind of mix it to your own taste. I like less salt than most people do. You will also need buttermilk. Regular milk with vinegar added can be used. Dip the pickle in the flour mixture, buttermilk and back into the flour. Place on a cookie sheet covered with wax paper, do not layer, and put in freezer until frozen then you may take off of pan and put in bags and fry or freeze. Fry in a deep fryer in vegetable oil until browned. You can fix 3 or 4 jars of pickles at a time then have them ready to fry when she needs them.
