     CINNAMON ROLLS

Ingredients
2 1/2 c. warm water
4 1/2 c. flour
1 regular size yellow cake mix
2 pkgs. yeast
brown sugar and cinnamon
 

Instructions
Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add cake mix and flour and then knead dough. Let rise till double. Spread or roll to 1/8 inch thickness and spread with melted butter. Sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon over dough. Roll dough like a jelly roll and cut in 1/2 inch slices. Put more brown sugar and cinnamon in bottom of pan and place rolls on top. Let rise about one hour and bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Spread your favorite icing on top of rolls.
