     Chili Blanco

Ingredients
2-3 (15oz.) cans White Beans
6-8 C. Chicken Broth
1 Onion, diced
1 Tbsp. Oil
6 Garlic Cloves, diced
1 (4oz.) can diced green chilies
4 tsp. Cumin
2 tsp. Oregano
1/4 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
 
4 C. Cooked Chicken, shredded
1 C. Sour Cream (8oz.)
2-3 C. Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded (mozzarella works fine as well)

Instructions
Saute Onion and Garlic Cloves in Oil. Combine Beans, Broth, Onion, and Garlic. Simmer for at least 1/2 hour.
Add before serving: Chilies, Cumin, Oregano, Cayenne Pepper, Chicken, Sour Cream, Cheese. Stir until cheese and sour cream are melted.
Serving Suggestions
Serve w/Cornbread or Tortilla Chips!
