1 cup oatmeal

Instructions |

Mix together flour, baking soda, and salt.
|

Add in shortening, brown sugar, peanut butter, egg,
and vanilla.

Beat until smooth then add the oatmeal. Drop onto
greased cookie sheet

Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes.
