Spread dressing on 1 slice of bread, top with slice of cheese, corned beef, sauerkraut, cheese (again) and top with bread slice. (I toss saurerkraut in fry pan to get out moisture)
Lightly coat 2 baking sheets with cooking spray (spray bottom of one.) Arrange sandwich on one sheet - then top with other-press down lightly.
Bake at 375 for 8-10 minutes. Bake until cheese is melted and bread is crisp. Can bake and then warm before serving.
Can buy corned beef at good deli-sliced Can make as small sandwiches.

For cocktails,cut in half in triangle or fourths.
