1) Preheat oven to 350F
2) In a bowl, combine mashed banana, vanilla, honey, milk, and
3) Add in baking powder, cinnamon, salt, and oats (or oat flour)
and mix well.
4) If batter is too runny, add more oats.
5) Spoon batter onto greased baking sheet (parchment paper is
helpful) and bake for 15 minutes.
Optional additions/toppings- raisins, nuts, drizzle honey on top,
coconut flakes, peanut butter (can soften by microwaving first)
