     Chickpea Blondies Coconut and Cake Batter

1 can chickpeas rinsed and drained
1 scoop protein powder cake batter (or use vanilla and add 3-4T of golden butter dry cake mix)
1/3c PB or almond butter
1/2c maple syrup
2 eggs
2t coconut extract
1t butter extract (optional)
1/4t baking powder
1/2t salt
2t natvia
2T shredded coconut
1T of sprinkles

Preheat oven to 175. Like 8x8 baking tray with baking paper Mix all ingredients except sprinkles and 1T of shredded coconut in food processor until smooth Spread mix evenly over the trap and top with sprinkles and 1T coconut shred Cook for 20 minutes then let it cool. Increase the amount of nut butter for a denser blondie.
