Ingredients
1 1/2 cup boiling water
1 cup cornmeal
1 tblsp butter
3 eggs, separated
1 cup buttermilk
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp soda
 

Instructions
Pour water into cornmeal; stir until cool; blend in butter and yolks; stir in rest. Beat egg whites and fold in. Bake at 375 degrees in casserold dish for 45-50 minutes. Golden brown.
