Cut meat into bite size pieces and brown in skillet with minced onion and pepper. To crockpot add- browned meat, soup, half empty soup can of water. Cook on high for 4-6 hours. 15 min before done, add sour cream. Serve over mashed potatoes or noodles with green beans.
