Ingredients
2 c. brown sugar
1 lb. butter (not oleo)
4 chocolate bars
1 c. pecans, chopped fine
 

Instructions
Combine sugar and butter in saucepan; boil to 310 degrees. Line 10 x 13 inch cake pan with pecans. Pour sugar-butter mixture on top of nuts. Melt chocolate on top of mixture and spread evenly. Allow to cool and break into pieces.
