4 heaping TBSP sour cream mixed with 1 tsp baking soda

Instructions |
|
|
|
Cream butter, sugar, eggs, then add foaming sour
cream and dry ingredients.
|
|
|
|
Add vanilla and mashed bananas.
|
|
|
|
Pour into greased, floured loaf pan and let stand
for 30 minutes.
|
|
|
|
Bake at 325 for 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes.
Let cool.
