SPREAD 1/4 OF THE SAUCE ON THE BOTTOM OF A 9X12 BAKING DISH, LAY SLICED MUSHROOMS ON TOP, LAY THE STUFFED MANICOTTI ON TOP OF MUSHROOMS, POUR THE REST OF THE CHEESE MIXTURE ON TOP OF MANICOTTI, POUR SAUCE ON TOP OF CHEESE MIXTURE
BAKE AT 400 FOR 30 MINUTES COVERED, TAKE OUT AND ADD MOZZARELLA CHEESE SLICES ON TOP OF MANICOTTI - BAKE AT 450 FOR 15 MINUTES UNCOVERED,
