1 1/2 TBSP ITALIAN SEASONING
1 TSP GARLIC PEPPER
5 GLOVES GARLIC MINCED
2 SPOONFULS CREAM CHEESE
2 SPOONFULLS SOUR CREAM
 
8 0Z RICOTTA CHEESE
1 CAN DICED TOMATO
4 CUPS BROCOLLI (MAKE BROCOLLI SMALL ENOUGH TO FIT IN MANICOTTI)
MOZZARELLA -SLICED THIN
MUSHROOMS SLICED

Instructions
BRING WATER TO A BOIL, ADD NOODLES - FOLLOW PACAKGE DIRECTIONS
COMBINE TOMATO SAUCE, ONION, SEASONINGS, GREEN CHILIS, DICED TOMATOS, GARLIC AND SAUTEE UNTIL ONIONS ARE ALMOST CLEAR MIX BROCOLLI, AND CHEESES AND 3 SPOONFULLS OF THE SAUCE IN A BOWL - AFTER MIXING WELL, STUFF THE MANICOTTI WITH THE CHEESE BROCOLLI MIXTURE
SPREAD 1/4 OF THE SAUCE ON THE BOTTOM OF A 9X12 BAKING DISH, LAY SLICED MUSHROOMS ON TOP, LAY THE STUFFED MANICOTTI ON TOP OF MUSHROOMS, POUR THE REST OF THE CHEESE MIXTURE ON TOP OF MANICOTTI, POUR SAUCE ON TOP OF CHEESE MIXTURE
BAKE AT 400 FOR 30 MINUTES COVERED, TAKE OUT AND ADD MOZZARELLA CHEESE SLICES ON TOP OF MANICOTTI - BAKE AT 450 FOR 15 MINUTES UNCOVERED,
