Mix cream soups, rice and milk in large bowl. Put
1/3 of mixture in bottom of 9x13 casserole dish.
Layer in chicken pieces. Cover with remaining
soup/rice mixture. Sprinkle dry onion soup mix
over top (not quite whole envelope). Cover with
foil and bake at 350 for 1 hour (if boneless
chicken; 2 hrs if bone-in whole chicken cut up)
