Fry bacon until crisp. Drain off fat. Move bacon to paper towel. Measure three Tbs. fat and return to skillet. Add flour and blend. Add one cup liquid drained from green beans and milk. Stir over heat until thick. Add green beans and cheese. Pour into buttered casserole. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with chopped bacon. Bake four more minutes. Serve hot.
