      GRANDMA LEHNING'S BUTTERBALL SOUP

Ingredients
9 c. fine bread crumbs
4 eggs beaten
1 c. real butter (melted) (No Oleo)
1/8 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. salt
 

Instructions
Put bread crumbs in large bowl. Sprinkle salt and allspice over crumbs. Add cooled butter and mix well using hands until smooth mixture is obtained. Add beaten eggs and mix well again. Roll in balls the size of a walnut. These can be frozen. Make your chicken/noodle soup and drop in broth frozen after noodles are cooked. Cook 8 minutes. I also put noodles in broth.
