     PAM'S POTATO - BROCCOLI - CHEESE SOUP

Ingredients
1 qt. water
4 chicken bouillon cubes
1 c. carrots (coined)
2 1/2 c. cubed potatoes
1 pkg. frozen broccoli or l bunch of fresh
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
onion
 

Instructions
In large dutch oven, combine water and bouillon. Bring to boil. Add fresh vegetables and boil for 20 minutes. Don't drain. If using frozen broccoli, add now. Add soup and cheese. Continue heating until cheese has melted. Stir occasionally so it does not scorch.
