Combine broth, carrots, onions and celery. Simmer 10 minutes. Add browned hamburger, rice, soup, cheese and milk. Heat until cheese is melted and soup is hot. Right before serving, add sour cream. Do not boil. Cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with fork. Serves 6 to 8.
Tip- For two cups of rice, bring 1 1/3 c. water to boil, stir in 1 1/3 c. instant rice.
