     MARINA’S CHEESEBURGER SOUP

Ingredients
1 lb. hamburger, browned
½ c. grated carrots
2 c. cooked rice (2 boil-in-bags brown rice)
1/3 c. ch¼ c. chopped onionopped celery
¼ c. chopped onion
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
2 soup cans of milk (I use 4 soup cans of milk)
1- 8 oz. carton of sour cream
salt and pepper to taste
 

Instructions
Combine broth, carrots, celery and onion. Simmer for 10 minutes. Add beef, rice, soup, cheese and milk. After soup steams, stir in sour cream. Do not boil. Salt and pepper to taste.
