Preheat oven.
Combine 1 1/2 cups of flour, 3/4 cup of sugar, salt, and baking powder. Place oil into 1 cup measuring cup, add egg, fill with milk to the top. Add to the flour mixture, and fold in blueberries.
Fill the muffin cups to to the top and sprinkle with the crumb topping.
Crumb Topping:
Mix together 1/2 cup of sugar, 1/3 cup of flour, 1/4 cup of butter, and 1 1/2 teaspoons of cinnamin. Mix with fork sprinkle over muffins before baking.
Bake for 20-25 minutes.
